"Garden"

Poem by JOS

Old poem

I'm working up my confidence with these old poems that I am now making into videos! So expect more content.

-garden-

I am trying to rebuild

There is a garden growing in my broken heart

Roots and stems and petals between every cracked piece

For every tear I cry

My sunflowers get watered

I get stronger

I let you into my garden

You tripped on my tulips

Stepped on my daffodils

And stomped on my lily of the valleys

But

No worries

They will grow back.

The way I grow.

Stronger.
